Technology today is found everywhere and we don’t restrict its definition to just “technology”. It’s found in apps, alarm clocks, dish washers, and so on. It’s found in new rubber for autonomous vehicles, improved cameras on drones -and even in a unique business model for a restaurant.

Essentially, if you are building something it has technology in it -so don’t be shy.

1. Startup Fundamentals
Milestone 1: Digital and Social Media Presence Established
What’s your story? Who are you? What do you do? Why do you do it? We dig in and fully understand your startup so you have a solid foundation for forward movement.
What problem are you solving? What’s your product or service?
Why will your solution work? Who are your customers? Where is your market? How do you create value?
Build social media and web presence with hands-on guidance from our team
2. MVP Development and Testing
Milestone 2: MVP tested and customer acquisition started. Sell your product. Engage investors.
What is your ideal MVP? How do you get feedback from potential customers?
Test MVP. Test customers. Test market. Get feedback. Pivot, tweak, and test some more.

3. Pitch + Attract Investment
Milestone 3: 5 minute investor pitch
Prepare yourself for the next level with a 5 minute pitch on your startup. We will spend the final phase getting your message aligned into a compact presentation..
How do you pitch? What do you say? How do you approach potential partners and investors? How do you sell your product? Meet and pitch to real investors, partners, and technology service-companies.
Produce one pager, 18 month cash flow analysis, capital needs
ITSA is a 3 month intensive business development program built to get your startup accelerated, tested in the market, and launched
forward with investment.
ITSA was proudly selected as finalist to Nordic Startup Awards in 2017 and 2018 in the category "Best Accelerator".
For applicants:
1. team
Your team should have a minimum of two members.
2. Your Company
You should have a registered company or plan to register one during the program.
3. Participant fee
ITSA has a fee of 20 000 NOK pr. company. Students and R&D based companies can apply to Plogen to get the fee funded.
4. What businesses are we looking for?
We focus on Energy, Renewables and Health related ideas, products and services. We also have a burning heart for businesses driven on Passion.
5. Program
In the program we meet up for 1 to 2 full days a week for pitch training, lectures, workshops and networking.
6. Selection of companies
We invite a selection of the applying companies to pitch for the ITSA/Validé team with guests. Validé selects between 10 & 12 companies based on the pitch, that will enter the full program.
7. What do we expect?
As a ITSA company we expect you to prepare well and meet for every ITSA day and collaborate in building a happy invironment for sharing & learning & doing.
8. Investment & Demo day
Validé offers up to a total of 500 000 NOK in investments for 1 - 3 companies pr. program. At the final pitch on Demo Day, a jury will select the companies that gets an offer of investment from Validé.
